If you wish to study at Varna University of Economics, you have three options - apply for a Bachelor's degree programme, choose a Master's degree programme or a joint-degree programme with a prestigious partner university.

The only Bachelor programme in English at Varna University of Economics is International Business at the Faculty of Management. It is only for full-time students and it lasts for four years. Some of the subjects included in the curriculum of the Bachelor in International Business are International Marketing Planning, International Brand Management and Corporate Finance. 

If you want to apply for a Master programme at Varna University of Economics, you can choose between International Business and Management, Computer Science and International Business and Economics. International Business and Management at Varna University of Economics takes two years and is only for full-time students. Some of the subjects included in the curriculum are Global Business Environment and International Entrepreneurship. People who want to study the Computer Science Master programme at Varna University of Economics will spend between one and one year and a half at the University. Afterwards, they can apply for a PhD programme. If you wish to study International Business and Economics at Varna University of Economics, you will learn more about International Entrepreneurship and Contemporary International Marketing Strategies. The programme lasts for about a year - a year and a half depending on your educational background.

University of Economics - Varna offers joint and double degree programmes. These include a Master's degree in International Business and Management with Nottingham Trent University, Master's degree in Informatics together with Ural Federal University – Ekaterinburg in Russia, Bachelor's degree in International Business together with Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences in Finland, a double degree Bachelor programme in International Management with Worms University of Applied Sciences in Germany and a Master's degree in International Business and Economics with Universal Business School – Mumbai, India.

There are several PhD programmes that are available at Varna University of Economics. PhD programmes in English at University of Economics - Varna include Social Management, Political Economics, Statistics and Demographics, Agricultural Business, Marketing, Application of Computing Equipment in the Economics, World Economy and International Economic Relations, Economics and Management (Tourism) and Informatics. 

PhD programmes in Russian at the Varna University of Economics include Statistics and Demographics, Economics and Management (Construction and Real Estate) and Optimal Management of Economic System.

If you wish to study in another language, Varna University of Economics offers Statistics and Demographics in German as well as Economics and Management (Tourism) in German and French. 

How can I apply at Varna University of Economics?

If you choose to apply for a Bachelor's programme at University of Economics - Varna, you must submit a copy of your secondary school diploma, a medical reference and a declaration that you are allowed to study at a University abroad. In addition, you must submit a copy of your passport, passport photos and your CV.

The same documents are also required if you want to apply for a Master degree programme at University of Economics - Varna. However, you must also submit your Bachelor or Master diploma. 

If you want to apply for a PhD programme at Varna University of Economics, you must already have a Master's degree in the respective field. The application documents include your Master's degree diploma, a medical certificate, a CV, a copy of your passport, an application form, passport pictures.

What are the tuition fees at University of Economics - Varna?

A preparatory course in Bulgarian language at the University of Economics - Varna is 1500 Euro per academic year. The same price is valid for the preparatory course in English language. 

The entry test for the University of Economics - Varna costs 150 Euro per applicant, the admission fee is 103 Euro and a diploma verification is also 103 Euro per students.

The tuition fees for non-EU students enrolled in a Bachelor degree programme at University of Economics - Varna is 1500 Euro per academic year, for a Master degree programme - 3000 Euro per annum. A PhD programme at University of Economics - Varna is 3500 Euro per year. Non-EU citizens who are enrolled in the Joint Master Programme International Business and Management must pay 3000 EUR in the first year, then 2860 GBP in the third semester and 250 Euro in the last semester.

The tuition fees for EU and EEA applicants is 1000 Euro per academic year, for both Bachelor and Master degree specialties. The Joint Master Programme in International Business and Management is 1800 Euro in the first year, 2860 GBP for the third semester and 125 Euro for the last semester.

Students who have a dual citizenship, one of which is Bulgarian, pay half of the tuition fees at the University of Economics - Varna.
